“Civil Obedience”

Excerpt 

…..And on the night of July Fourth, at 11:59pm, Alexander Justice posted his first Manifesto on his website home page…… A Manifesto that will eternally perpetuate whispers echoing in the cracks of foundations in every capitalistic building resting upon profit cemented by human blood and crushed souls of the forgotten….

.…while slow drawn out three-syllable breaths whispered a two syllable word.  “Justice.”  Alexander wasn’t sure if he was speaking the word justice or saying his own name, while simultaneously thinking the mouse button was a trigger and the words were a bullet; a bullet spinning forward-thrusting across the globe, around and around the planet, never stopping and cutting through Goliath’s skull with each revolution.  Each lap into the next history.

“The pen is mightier than the sword”?  Alexander thought of a more suitable statement, “The keystroke is greater than the atom bomb.”!

.…And Justice’s bullet was fired into motion, a never-ending orbit:

“Listen, all of you wretched suffering slaves.  Slaves who are forced to die a slow unnecessary death because you cannot afford to pay profit money to the CEO of your Health Insurance Corporation who is paid more money in one year than you will earn your entire life.  The CEO of your Health Insurance Corporation sits in his mansion, eating his gourmet prepared meal as his servant prepares his bed.  His ready-maid whore is so beautiful it’s a wonder money can buy such injustice.  All while he is planning his extravagant vacation to places you can only dream of visiting – a forty day vacation that cost more than you earn in one year, while you lay in bed laboring each breath haunted by pain.  While his travel agent is plotting ways to spend his riches – coins in his pockets, your loved ones watch you deteriorate as you lose your dignity before their eyes.  The CEO and his Health Insurance Corporation have the resources to provide you relief to such immoral injustice, but his Greed dictates that you pay for his private jet while you pray to God for a quick, painless and dignified death.

Why would someone who knows their health is terminal because they cannot afford health insurance premiums sit back and do nothing when they know they can receive healthcare, shelter and three meals a day in jail?  If you do not care about your own terminal fate then think about taking action for others suffering from the same immoral injustice.

I intend to stand!  I intend to stand not just for me, but I will stand for the millions like me.  I will stand and confront all the sickness created by corrupt industry that formulated a venue to make us sick and then profit from it. 

This injustice will soon be history!  I dedicate the remaining days of my life; all that I am, furthermore my soul, to the Purification of this injustice.

The CEO of my Health Insurance Corporation will soon meet his fate as well as other immoral greedy personnel within the fascist Health Insurance Corporation that dictates I pay money I cannot afford to a Corporation with a CEO who literally makes millions of dollars every year in order for me, us, to remain healthy or stay alive.  He will only be far, very far, from the last.  If I am caught attempting to bring justice to the people, I will receive proper medical care in jail.  If I am shot during or after the act, I will die a hero, a martyr; The Father of an unstoppable movement: I shall name this faction KAPITALISM.

Kapitalism will be supported by “Donation Investments”.

Donation Investment - a donation that financially benefits all citizens, stimulates the economy, supports capitalism, indirectly benefits the donator and directly supports Freedom

 Kapitalism – Donation Investments providing economic stimulation that supports and benefits Capitalism while simultaneously providing justice to the People; for the people by the people

Shot and killed?  Me?  I am going to die very soon anyway – my doctor has projected no more than 7 months of breath for me.  At least, at most, I will die serving justice for millions and I will not have to needlessly suffer, deteriorate and lose my dignity.  Not to mention all the pain and suffering I will save my loved ones.  A bullet provides a less painful, quick and more dignified death than to deteriorate down to a cold dehydrated indescribable pale color of flesh wrapping itself tightly around the bones in your body, unable to cry from the pain because strength abandoned you days ago and the only liquid in your body is in your heart but somehow the brain incarcerates an internal scream from the pain that no one can hear.  If tears were to manufacture, your tears would kill you, and you so desperately wish for tears.  Your body does not exist anymore, only your consciousness.  The pain, and the scream from the pain that no one can hear, while no one knows that you have not slept in three days – you have four more days before you sleep eternally.

To get caught?  I welcome getting caught, shot, jailed or murdered!

And for the CEOs of Pharmaceutical Corporations?  The Democracy of Kapitalism will decide your fate!  One or two VPs may actually have the opportunity to enjoy life because productive research is being achieved by Pharmaceutical Corporations, although we are quite sure more lives can be saved and less suffering can be achieved if Pharmaceutical CEOs take into account their multimillion dollar annual salaries and use this opportunity to think about investing in humanity and morality.   Otherwise, it may be very unfortunate that circumstances may present themselves in unusual manners that just may fall upon Pharmaceutical CEOs that make Pharmaceutical CEOs wish there were no such things as coincidences.  Yes, the price of medication is definitely going down!

And for the CEOs of Energy Corporations who profit from the women and children who go to bed in the cold?  You will stand before your mirror on the morrow!

Freedom and Justice always had and always will have a price.  Freedom must continuously pay to breathe and maintain its life, its existence.  The cost of Freedom is sometimes death.  Death is Freedom’s currency! Death is a currency that must be spent constantly in order to purchase Freedom.  One must be willing to die in order to be free, or be willing to die in order to maintain Freedom for his loved ones and fellow people.  Tyranny’s Capitalists do not want you to have this knowledge or such conviction.  They literally spend billions of dollars indoctrinating you to keep from thinking - bombarding your mind and perception down to numb dumbness or meaningless arguments fueled by phony political paradigms.  If you notice, how many people do you know have true original thought?  Most people use perceptions that they have been indoctrinated into and they argue with others who have subscribed to a different perception that they too have been indoctrinated into, meanwhile neither person does not even stop and think that almost everything they think has been programmed into their conscience and subconscious.  Their original thought and imagination has been not only been stamped out but violated, raped.  How can they kill and torture and threaten, while Freedom’s Subjects, us, fail to see this?  Every day!  Tyranny will always prevail over those who are afraid of death or afraid to take justice to those by way of the sword.  There will always be a need to die for Justice and Freedom, and there will always be a need to take the sword against tyranny in order to maintain Freedom.  It is as natural as the lion in the Serengeti who must kill to eat and survive as it is natural for Freedom and Justice to raise the sword against tyranny in order for Freedom and Justice to survive.

If time passes without Freedom’s Martyrs actively purchasing and maintaining Freedom, Tyranny gains leverage and a foothold in society.  When Tyranny gains a foothold in society that is when psychological incarceration begins.  And free societies only believe they are free because they have been indoctrinated not to question their own Freedom.  And the remaining few in the populace with ideas of true Freedom are pre-labeled radical and dangerous to society, sometimes labeled a heretic. (Galileo!) And then Tyranny’s Suppression sneaks in and permeates, and society becomes soluble to fear – fear of what they are told to fear and then fear of their own words.  And then, fear of their own thoughts and ideas!!!

How many of the able dying can allow others to die simply because they can not afford a few thousand dollars to prolong their own lives?  While CEOs of their Health Insurance Corporations are making up to and more than twenty million dollars every year?  And to dictate to those who are dying and in need of healthcare that these CEOs pocket an annual twenty million dollars plus your insurance premium that you can not afford?   Only a few hundred dollars to heal the patient that the patient can not afford, but the CEO must have that patient’s couple hundred dollars on top of his annual twenty million?  An average of 700,000 families goes bankrupt every year because of the price of healthcare insurance!  700,000 families annually!  You can literally say 700,000 families go bankrupt every year in order to pay the health insurance CEOs twenty million dollars or more every year!

Well in my eyes, through the eyes of Justice, the CEO of your Health Insurance will be afraid to accept a salary (with bonus) of even one million dollars annually.  The remaining nineteen million dollars (or more) that the CEO will not pocket in blood-money-profit can save hundreds of peoples’ lives and prevent many from suffering.  Those nineteen million dollars that no longer will be paid to the CEO will help finance affordable healthcare for all patients by financing “The Peoples’ Health Insurance”.  It is just a simple investment shift; an investment shift that will finance our very own Health Insurance Oversight Committee: “For The People By The People”.

In addition, there will be even more money for the patient because health insurance corporation donations to government representatives will cease!   And the lobbyist for healthcare insurance?  I believe somehow our “lobbyist” will have a just little more influence to ensure healthcare insurance lobbyist are directly transported from the steps of Congress to the pages of history books!!  -even more money for the patient!

Open your eyes!  Most people have been educated down to look at things in only one way!  A Linear Perception!  If you can only perceive in a linear perception then look at things forwards and look at things backwards!  With this in mind, this leads to the following: Health Insurance Corporations are not only profiting from those who pay, Health Insurance Corporations are profiting from those who do not pay – those who cannot pay – the suffering!  Health Insurance Corporations are profiting from the suffering!!!

Simple Example – “PAY me $450 and the rash on your arm will not spread all over your body and face, and your entire body and face will not itch profusely.”  “DO NOT PAY me $450 and the rash on your arm will spread all over your body and face, and your entire body and face will itch profusely.”  ARE THESE TWO STATEMENTS NOT THE SAME?  And, “A profit will be made from your suffering”!

There is nothing wrong with profit.  One might say that Capitalism is the elixir of social prosperity.  There is nothing wrong with wealth, actually wealth is great!  Capitalism is the greatest system ever created by man FOR A GOVERNMENT TO MANAGE.  As a matter of fact, Capitalism reminds us that we do live in a free society.  Although, a government must manage Capitalism!  And a true government, a true American Government is “For The People By The People”.  A government is no longer a free government when Capitalism takes a stranglehold on the government’s representatives and evolves into a plutocracy; Health Insurance Corporations donating (investing) money to government representatives who in turn create laws to protect and favor Health Insurance Corporations which camouflages Tyranny.  Capitalistic Tyranny under the name of democracy and capitalism posing as legitimate democratic laws when in reality it is Fascism wearing Freedom’s clothes! 

The question is simple:  If your infant, child or elderly parent/grandparent is in need of life saving healthcare or experiencing unbearable pain, should someone profit from their condition?  Is it moral that the more people that are sick and suffering the more profit a health insurance corporation makes? Is it moral that if a deadly mutated virus becomes a pandemic health insurance corporations will have a record breaking profit year?  Is it morally right that health insurance will not accept a “pre-existing condition” because there is no profit in “pre-existing conditions”? As a matter of fact, some health insurances have financial bonus structures for denying health insurance to people with “pre-existing conditions”.   And finally, for those who are Christians and for those who claim not to be hypocrites, how much profit did Jesus accept after healing an ill person? 

Does Healthcare Insurance belong under the umbrella of Capitalism?  If so, the elderly, infants and the ill are fundamentally detrimental to Capitalism, and by Capitalistic standards should be avoided and rejected at all costs in order to optimize profit.  The elderly, infants and the severely ill consume more than they produce which is detrimental to Capitalism.  Does Healthcare belong under the umbrella of Capitalism?

Healthcare Insurance is in business to make a profit, not to heal or save lives!  This is practical proof where profit is more important than any human condition or any human life!  This poses one the most important questions of the 21^st century, a moral question, a moral dilemma: Is it moral for Healthcare and Healthcare Insurance to function under and within a capitalistic structure?  Although healthcare insurance structured under capitalism may be seen by most as morally wrong, one thing for sure, healthcare insurance and healthcare damages and impairs capitalism.  Think of all the money spent on healthcare insurance that could be channeled into proper capitalists’ businesses – capitalist businesses that actually produces products and services instead of all that money detracted into an abyss to heal someone that most probably will continue to consume much more than they will produce and possibly continue to detract money from the economy for more healthcare.

If Capitalism is Patriotic then Healthcare Insurance and Healthcare within a capitalistic structure, knowing Healthcare Insurance and Healthcare damages and impairs capitalism, Healthcare Insurance and Healthcare within a capitalistic structure in Unpatriotic! 

All health insurance corporations do is collect money from their mass clientele and pay themselves first, including twenty plus million to their CEOs.  Then they immorally turn their own clientele down for healthcare procedures, reject people in dire need of healthcare due to “pre-existing conditions”, and use their clientele’s money to buy government representatives who create laws favoring health insurance and oppressing their very own clientele!  Health Insurance Corporations use your own money to pay themselves first and then they use your own money to oppress you!!!  It is Capitalistic Fascism, plain and simple!!!

If Freedom is Patriotic then surely Healthcare Insurance / Capitalistic Fascism is clearly Unpatriotic!

It is the tyranny of profiting from the peoples’ suffering and unnecessary death that is an absolute moral injustice and will no longer be tolerated! 

The people will stand.  And the people will speak: “For The People By The People”.

And how much profit is acceptable in healthcare and healthcare insurance?  The Healthcare Insurance CEOs who remain inhalers of oxygen will be a good indicator.  An acceptable salary for a Health Insurance CEO may be three times the country’s median salary.  And if a Health Insurance CEO desires a raise for himself then he should work on raising the country’s median average salary.  Cheating CEOs with amusing accounting practices will probably result in a pretty stiff penalty, rigor mortis is a more succinct description.

(Healthcare in general will be studied and analyzed extremely diligently before the wake of Justice splashes upon those who do not place the value of human health and human life before profit.  The Hippocratic Oath is not just for physicians.  The Hippocratic Oath is for all healthcare.)

A Free Society without the ability to raise the sword in the name of Justice is not a Free Society!

..…Capitalists and Patriots, and Patriots for Capitalism realized Alexander Justice’s Manifesto was a new type of insurance, a new frontier – A New Industry.  And from a Capitalist’s perspective it was a prudent duty and fiscally irresponsible not to pay heed to this New Investment.  Through scientific macro economic calculated reasoning, logic proclaimed investors were investing in the wrong type of blood.  Instead of investing in Health Insurance Corporations that profited from the blood of the suffering, Capital Gains dictated that it was more profitable and less expensive to indirectly invest in the health of the living; blueprinted in Alexander Justice’s new website initiative, a Donation Investment.  The blood of the few outweighed the blood of the many - The blood of the select few was more profitable than the blood of the many!  Instead of spending thousands of dollars on health insurance premiums it was more prudent to donate fifty dollars to Alexander Justice’s website movement; Kapitalism.  A few million donations of fifty dollars or less insured affordable healthcare to all, for the people by the people.  And in the wake of this new industry, preventative care naturally evolved, ultimately thwarting needless outrageous suffering and costs causing the price of healthcare to drop even lower.

It was not personal.  It was business.  And there never was nor will there ever be a more prudent business than the business of saving or extending your own life.
